Services
Formulyt provides management, sales, and marketing consulting for insurance agencies, including operational optimization and delivery of a custom Notion workspace. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a written proposal, statement of work, or invoice.
No promises of outcomes
Any examples or discussions are informational. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your team’s execution, market conditions, and carrier constraints.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely feedback.
- Ensure you have the rights to any materials you share with us.
- Use deliverables responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Formulyt retains ownership of its pre‑existing materials, templates, and frameworks. Client‑specific deliverables provided under a paid engagement are licensed to the client for internal business use.
Payment
Payment terms are specified in the applicable invoice or agreement. Late payments may delay delivery of services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formulyt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as described in the applicable agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees for services performed and expenses incurred through the termination date.
