Refunds are considered case by case and depend on the services requested and the work already performed or delivered.
How to request a refund
Email support@getformulyt.com with your name, engagement details, and the reason for the request.
How we evaluate requests
- The scope of the engagement and agreed deliverables.
- Work completed to date (meetings, analysis, documentation, and implementation).
- Any deliverables already provided (including a Notion workspace, templates, SOPs, or documentation).
- Third‑party costs or platform fees that are not refundable to us.
Typical outcomes
- Hourly work: time already performed is not refundable.
- Fixed-scope work: a partial refund may be considered for the portion of work not performed.
- Completed deliverables: refunds are generally not available once deliverables are provided.
If we approve a refund, the timing and method depend on the original payment method.
