Refunds are considered case by case and depend on the services requested and the work already performed or delivered.

How to request a refund

Email support@getformulyt.com with your name, engagement details, and the reason for the request.

How we evaluate requests

• The scope of the engagement and agreed deliverables.
• Work completed to date (meetings, analysis, documentation, and implementation).
• Any deliverables already provided (including a Notion workspace, templates, SOPs, or documentation).
• Third‑party costs or platform fees that are not refundable to us.

Typical outcomes

• Hourly work: time already performed is not refundable.
• Fixed-scope work: a partial refund may be considered for the portion of work not performed.
• Completed deliverables: refunds are generally not available once deliverables are provided.

If we approve a refund, the timing and method depend on the original payment method.
